Rev. David Eliaona Lyimo, C.S.C., is a graduate student at the University of Notre Dame. He was ordained a priest in 2008 at Kambi ya Simba Parish in Tanzania and worked at Kitete Parish until 2011. He served as Director for Audrey Veldman Vocational School and assistant Pastor to St. Brendan Parish-Kitete and St. Lazarus Parish-Kambi ya Simba. He started graduate school at Notre Dame in 2011, and he received an M.T.S. degree in 2014. He has been pursuing a Ph.D. in theology with a focus on World Religions, and he lives in Pasquerilla West.
