Rev. John Santone, C.S.C., is a member of the Congregation of Holy Cross. He entered the Congregation of Holy Cross after college and studied for the priesthood at Moreau Seminary.  He earned an M.Div. from the University of Notre Dame in 1999, and he was ordained a Holy Cross priest in 2000.  He previously was at Holy Cross Parish in South Easton, Massachusetts followed by studies at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, Italy where he earned a degree in canon law.  Since 2004 he has served as a judge on the Marriage Tribunal of the Diocese of Fall River, Massachusetts and the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Hartford, Connecticut.  Since 2012 he has been the Adjutant Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Indiana while residing in Corby Hall.  Father Santone currently serves as the priest-in-residence at Flaherty Hall, which is the newest women's dorm, and he also teaches "Canon Law of Marriage and the Sacraments" in the Theology Department.
