The Congregation of Holy Cross at Notre Dame: Educating the mind and heart with zeal and hope.

Notre Dame’s resident community of ordained priests and brothers of Holy Cross links the University to the past and to the future, as well as to other Holy Cross members around the world - and indeed to the Roman Catholic Church locally and globally. The community offers insights into the connections it fosters and their impact on one’s experience of Notre Dame.

Three Ordained Holy Cross Priests

On Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the campus of the University of Notre Dame, three Holy Cross priests were ordained to the priesthood - Rev. Christopher Brennan, C.S.C., Rev. Brendan McAleer, C.S.C., and Rev. Timothy Weed, C.S.C.
