Br. Robert McFadden, C.S.C., serves as Assistant Professor of Theology and Literature at Holy Cross College, and chaplain for graduate students at the University of Notre Dame. He graduated with a Bachelors in Classics from the University of Cincinnati and earned his Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University. He received his PhD in Literature from the University of Notre Dame, and he wrote his dissertation on St. Augustine and friendship. Br. Robert is originally from Columbus Ohio. He professed his First Vows in Summer 2020 and his Final Vows August 31, 2024 with the Congregation of Holy Cross.
