Eddie Donnelly, C.S.C., serves as an assistant rector in Keough Hall. He is from Cranford, New Jersey, the eldest son of Lori and Eddie Jr., and a brother to Jack and Isabella. After graduating in 2017 from Seton Hall Preparatory School in West Orange, New Jersey, Eddie met the Congregation of Holy Cross while a first-year student at Holy Cross College. In 2018, he transferred to Notre Dame to study theology and classics. After graduating in 2021, he entered the Congregation of Holy Cross and professed first vows in 2023. As of 2025, he holds the Master of Theological Studies degree (M.T.S.) from Notre Dame, where he will also complete the Master of Divinity degree (M.Div.) in 2027. As a Holy Cross religious, he has served at the community’s parish near Monterrey, Mexico; taught at Holy Cross College, where he also worked in campus ministry; and assisted at the Oratory of St. Joseph in Montreal. Eddie now prepares for final vows and ordained ministry in the Congregation of Holy Cross.
