Rev. Aaron J. Michka, C.S.C., is an assistant professor in the Department of Anthropology and serves as priest-in-residence in Lewis Hall. His research focuses on Coptic Christians in Egypt. He holds a PhD in anthropology from the University of Michigan as well as degrees from Oxford and Notre Dame. Before beginning his academic work, he spent three years serving as parochial vicar and the assistant director of seminary formation for the Holy Cross community in Monterrey, Mexico.
