Rev. Louis DelFra, C.S.C., was ordained in 2004 and currently serves on the faculty and as Director of Pastoral Life for the Institute for Educational Initiatives (IEI), and campus Spiritual Director Coordinator for Campus Ministry. He teaches in the IEI and ACE, as well as in Notre Dame’s Master’s in Divinity Program, and gives retreats and workshops in designing K-12 Religion curriculum, and the principal’s and teacher’s role in nurturing the spiritual lives of students and the Catholic character of schools. He has also served as a middle and high school religion and English teacher, including at Holy Redeemer Parish in Portland, OR. He currently resides as priest-in-residence in Breen-Phillips Hall.
